The climbing wall has a surface of 110 m² and is up to 8 m high. It offers 16 routes for independent climbing, marked out with coloured grips, as well as a boulder area and vertical, slightly overhanging, or heavily overhanging stretches. The climbing routes are continually being added to, renewed and enhanced by the members of the Austrian Alpine Association as well as Mallnitz Mountain Rescue. Opening hours: from 20th December 2003 – daily between 10 am and 8 pm – on Wednesdays until 10 pm.
Other appointments on request!

Registration at the Mallnitz Tauern Baths! Telephone: +43 (0) 4784 25520. Guests are asked to register at the indoor pool and to complete the registration form. For group registrations, the group leader needs to sign the agreement form. The registration and/or agreement forms will be filed at the indoor pool. For guests (and/or local people) who are holders of an annual membership ticket, and for people who are frequent climbers, there is no need to complete a registration form every time you visit, because the old one will be still be filed at the indoor pool. Groups are an exception to this rule, since the group leader may not always be the same person. Climbing equipment: you are required to use your own equipment. However, you can hire equipment at Austria Sportschule Schusser, Sportschule Jamnig, or at Viktor Steiner mountain guide! Climbing tuition: climbing lessons will be given by Viktor Steiner mountain guide, by appointment only: Tel: 0676 831 41 788
