Please always inform your landlord of your hiking destination and expected return time before going on a mountain hike.

Equipment

In addition to a change of clothes, your backpack should contain a light jacket
or rain jacket, sun screen, headgear and a first aid kit as well as
a small garbage bag. In addition, you should bring
support poles and a cell phone. However, the key to mountain
hikes are your shoes. They must provide support and have a
good profile.

Make a sign six times per minute (every 10 seconds) at regular intervals,
followed by a one minute break; repeat the signs, etc.; continue this
procedure until you receive a response. Response from the rescue team: Three signs
