Nordic walking
Nordic walking is regular walking using (special) poles. As easy as the term and method are, the more effective is this novel type of movement that was introduced here from Scandinavia. A fifth of the whole Finnish population regularly performs this sport and more and more Swedish citizens switch from roller skiing to "pole walking", which is the term used there for Nordic walking. Without any special additional effort or material expenses, classic walking turns into a highly effective whole body workout and is therefore associated with ideal training effects.

Der Talrundweg führt vom Ortszentrum sternförmig in die drei Mallnitzer Täler hinein und bietet sich so ideal zum Kennenlernen der grandiosen Bergwelt von Mallnitz, zum „Auskundschaften“ weiterer Ziele, aber natürlich auch als wunderbare, einfache Wandertour rund um Mallnitz an. Im Bereich der jeweiligen Wendepunkte wurden Rastplätze mit informativen Panorama-Tafeln installiert – ideal zum Rasten, Verweilen und zum Schmieden weiterer Wanderpläne.
Die neu aufgelegte Mallnitzer Wanderkarte mit der bewährten 1:25.000 Karte der Wanderziele rund um Mallnitz, dem Ortszentrumsplan und einer detaillierten Darstellung des Talrundweges im Maßstab 1:15.000 ist ab sofort um € 4,- in der Urlaubsinformation Mallnitz erhältlich!
